I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is
named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened
with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your
hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love,…know the love
of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of
God. Ephesians 3:14–19
My prayer for all God’s people and myself: that as we walk through this
world we are strengthened by His Spirit. That our “inner beings” are strong
because of the work of His Spirit in us and through our faith in the work already
accomplished in Christ. This spurs us on to labor hard on earth to make His name
great. Our physical bodies will fail us, but our inner beings will be strengthened
each day.
Through the people in this church loving my family during sickness, God poured
strength into my inner being and grew my faith. He has shown me His love
through His people. Thank you, church!
Let us gaze our eyes upon Christ today and meditate on His love for us. How He
died so that all our sins could be paid and we are fully forgiven. How He rose
again and conquered death so we have no fear of death. How He has called us
His ambassadors to reconcile others to Himself. How He…(think of ways He has
poured His love on you).

Let our hearts be filled with the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that
we may be filled with all the fullness of God.
