WEST & KRAMER is a husband and wife music ministry of Scott and Rachel West-Kramer serving under the non-profit umbrella of Hands of Love Ministry. They share throughout the Midwest at church services (morning and evening), banquets, conferences, retreats and other various events. They also host   the RiverLife Cruises on the Spirit of Peoria riverboat (monthly Gospel Dinner Cruises).
