General Information
Ken & Carol retired from NTM in Oct 2007 due to Ken's fight with cancer.
Ken is rejoicing in Heaven as I write this (2/5/08). Having run the race, he is now with his father, brother, little Ellie, Nancy Edmond, and so many others, who each left behind a sweet aroma of Jesus. Our days are numbered. God called Ken Home at his appointed time.
He went by ambulance last night to the hospital with an infection and blood clot in his right leg. There was nothing that could be done about the blood clot. Ken passed away quite suddenly and with a smile on his face.
Please keep Carol and the children in your prayers as well as other family members.
Carol wishes to thank each and every one of you who have stood by them through Ken’s illness. “This has been a beautiful experience of God’s love being poured out on us through the Body of Christ,” she said.
Thankful that “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord,”
Family Information
For 15 years Ken and Carol worked with a tribal group in Colombia, South America and helped some 15 village churches get started. They helped train Latin American believers in NTM who today are carrying on the bulk of the tribal work there as well as spreading out to other South American countries.
Ken and Carol met in NTM training and eventually married before actually being fully accepted as missionaries. Their entire married life of over 40 yrs has been spent in mission activity with NTM
