Tom is a Director of Staff Development with the Navigators
General Information
As of July 1, 2007, Tom assumed responsibility with The Navigators as the Director of Staff Development for the International Ministries Group while Lisa assumed the role as Support Development Coordinator. Tom will be pioneering a new initiative to help staff with their personal and professional growth, while Lisa will be filling a void that existed for three years in helping new staff raise their financial support. They will serve the almost 500 American Nav staff serving around the world.
