On Thursday, February 6, 2003, the Grace Singers performed for the President at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington D.C. The group was invited to sing by Congressman Ray LaHood who was co-chair of the event that year.

The singers opened with a medley of inspirational hymns and closed with "This is Love" and "Amazing Grace". The congregation had been praying in the Sanctuary of the church for 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony. Rachel Kramer, a soprano in the group summed it all up when she said, "We all expected to be nervous, but the peace of God was with us. We just knew what we were supposed to do and that was to point others to Christ."

The Grace Singers is an ensemble that is directed by David German and performs as a regular part of the Grace Music Ministries.
